Responsibility
The standard of dress and general appearance will at all times determine the entitlement of Members and their guests, and Visitors, to use the facilities of the Clubhouse and Course, and shall be consistent with the dignity of the Club.
It is the responsibility of Members to ensure that they and their guests comply with these regulations. Visitors are also required to comply strictly with the Club's Dress Code.
Dress Regulations - Men

Trousers and shorts must be tailored, and must not have elastic or drawstring waists, or cargo-style external pockets

Shirts must have fold-over collars
-
Tailored shorts should be approximately knee length, but not below the knee. Shirts must have sleeves, be clean, and tucked in at all times. Skivvies with rolled collars are acceptable

If long socks are worn they must be kept up at all times
-
Members are required to wear white socks bearing the RQ Logo. For Visitors, acceptable short socks will be plain white, or plain white with their own Club logo, or socks with the RQ Golf Club logo. NOTE: Ankle socks or socklets are not permitted
The following are not permitted:
-
Jeans, jeans-style pants, pants with studs, cargo pants or shorts, and cord or elastic waist pants

Shirts without a fold-over collar

Clothing with prominent slogans or advertising front or back

Shorts which extend below the knee

Golf shoes with metal spikes

On the Course and Practice Areas
Dining Room:
Members' Bar:

Socks must be worn with shoes. Clean golf shoes with soft spikes are acceptable with correct golf attire. Jogging shoes, sandals, and jeans are prohibited. NOTE: After 5pm on Saturdays, golf attire is not permitted in the Members' Bar area. Smart casual dress - consisting of long or short sleeved tailored shirt (tucked in) and tailored slacks - is required.
Dress Regulations - Ladies
In the Clubhouse

Smart casual attire is acceptable

Denim jeans or shorts, and clothing with prominent slogans and advertising are not acceptable
On the Course and Practice Facilities

Skirts, skorts and neat shorts of appropriate length and slacks of any length are acceptable

Shirts worn outside must be designed for that purpose and at hip length

Denim attire and clothing with prominent slogans or advertising are not acceptable
